Joseph graduated from Coral Shores High School in 1991 and attended Florida State University where he graduated with his accounting degree in 1995. He was hired by Deloitte & Touche where he started his career in New York City focusing on financial service clients. After 12 years with Deloitte in New York, Tampa and Tokyo Joseph joined AIG where he held many leadership roles in Finance both in New York and Tokyo. After a long corporate career Joseph's entrepreneurial spirit brought him back to the Florida Keys. In his free time Joseph enjoys coaching baseball, fishing and boating.
